He retired to stud having won prizemoney of $A832,725 and 10 races including 3 at Group 2 level, 1 at Group 3 level and 2 at Listed level at distances between 1000 metres and 1206 metres. He was placed at Group 1 level in the VRC Newmarket, VRC Lightning Stakes and the MVRC Manikato Stakes. He also ran 2nd or 3rd at Group 2, Group 3 or Listed level on another 9 occasions.

Progeny to Date
SEQUALO commenced stud duties at Lyndhurst in 1997, and has attracted a wonderful response from broodmare owners since his arrival. His foals are typically outstanding, athletic types. To date, SEQUALO has produced 110 individual winners. His best winners include 2004 Group 1 Sires Produce winner Star Shiraz, Sydney and Brisbane Metropolitan winning 2YO Star of Sequalo, Stakes placegetters the calibre of Alfonso, Show Biz Kid, Our Fabio, Sammy Sequalo, Tropiqualo, Swift Sequalo, Equalos, Sandasta, Seek the Silk, Cabaru Queen, Paralo, Miss Thundercap, Qualo, Slick Operator, Babylon Queen, Sharou, Waiter, Allez Joie, Ballroom Queen, Caterer, Magic Sequence, Melrebem Lad, Prince of Shadows, Rafso, Sequality, Zoe's Lad, Difficult, Kiss Me All Over etc.
